jLaus – Component for availability of premises

jLaus is an extension of the popular content manager Joomla! that allows managing the availability of all kinds of premises to let (apartments, bungalows, villas, offices). In addition, it presents an attractive visualization module that allows displaying the status of each premise month by month by means of a calendar.

Specifications

Management interface (back-end)

• Possibility of modifying the availability status of the premise. Types of statuses: Available, In process or Booked.
• After modifying a month, the visualization module for that month is shown, enabling the administrator to know what the final user will see.
• Joomla! 1.5. native extension
• In Spanish and English.

User Interface (front-end)

Month visualization module with the following features:

• Possibility of viewing months one at a time or several at a time (up to 3 months).
• Fully customizable module through stylesheets (CSS).
• Possibility of giving two availability statuses to one day.
• Standard XHTML and CSS codes.
• Currently available for Spanish, English and German.
• Joomla! 1.5 native extension.

This component is specially designed as a support tool for the management of premises, allowing the user to manage the availability based on the incoming requests.
